Each angler must submit this form once. If you’re submitting information for four anglers, complete the form four times but be sure to send them the waiver link separately.  If you don’t have the participant details yet but want to order four XL shirts (for example), just reply to this email with the shirt sizes. However, please submit the forms once you have the necessary information.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

• The live drawing for fishing guides will be held on May 27.  Please stay tuned for more information.
• Each boat will be provided with one 12-pack of Yuengling Flight, 15 bottles of water and a few snacks.  This will be given directly to guide of your boat to put on ice.   If you would like additional drinks or snacks, please feel free to bring them but you will need to provide your own coolers and ice.
• Your boat includes a team buy-in for biggest redfish, biggest trout, eight raffle tickets.
• Everything you need to fish will be provided by your guide including the bait.
• All boats must depart Waterman’s Marina Friday morning.
• Please note that we WILL fish rain or shine since, as it turns out, the fish don’t care!
